The Development of the Babbacombe Beach Area
We hope that this Website has stimulated interest and aided discussion concerning the development of the Babbacombe beach area. Despite the fact that most of the major planning decisions have now been made, the Website will remain open for the time being. Although there is still disquiet regarding the sale of publicly owned land and other Council decisions concerning this vicinity, many look forward to the quick completion of a good quality hotel development on the ‘deteriorating’ Cary Arms site. We hope that the ‘comments section’ of this Website will be used by those keeping an eye on the development and also other topics of interest in the nearby area.
